There are not adequate words to describe how wonderful our experience was on CDV's Cooking on the Amalfi Coast! The scenery, history, activities and cooking classes during the week were simply wonderful but it was the host family, the staff of CDV and especially the other vacationers on our trip that made the week the dream vacation of a lifetime! Everyone was so gracious and truly embraced CDV's philosophy of being immersed in the culture, so we left with a whole new "family" that we will stay in touch with through the years! In addition, CDV literally took care of every little detail and we were treated like royalty the whole week. They truly thought of all of our needs and wishes and just made them come true, even with some of the challenges of Covid-19. For instance, they made sure everyone was able to get the proper Covid test from a pharmacy so that everyone felt confident in traveling home. We couldn't be happier with our selection of CDV and we can't wait to go again with them on another spectacular adventure! Sue and Colin Uerling
